Yeah, I'm screwing something up... for one thing can't find a certificate wizard. I'm getting, when I try to connect...
"The remote host closed the connection".
Never tried mumble before... sorry... |

Let's see... this says version 1.1.x if that matters... when I go to Server -> Connect I have two options, Custom Servers or Server Browser. Server Browser ignores me, Custom Server has the entry fields:
Label: Address: Port: Username: Password:
Not 100% what exactly goes where... have label as MMORPG, Address as the IP address, Port.. well, the port.. Username Volkon and no password atm. |

I don't claim to be a techie but I had this problem last night actually. When I installed Mumble it installed 2 versions it seems with one saying (backwards compatible). The backwards compatible one would not connect and gave the same error you stated. I had to find the other version in my Mumble file and it worked like a charm.

if you have ten people or less that you want to use for the launch i would suggest simply downloading and using skype as a temp solution for minor numbers, it wouldn't work well for a huge guild but it would work for just playing with your friends, it's what i do.
