Well, just for the record, my friend has troubles with Origin. I wrote her emails to Orgin in order to clear out things (she doesn't feel comfortable with english). She bought preorder at Origin, she received preorder key, but they failed to send retail key. For lols - our other friend did receive retail key from Origin. Her account was blocked, but then due to Funcom's extensions, she could play later. I wrote email to Origin, which she sent, explaining in simply words, that they should provide two keys, preorder key for bonuses and second key which is RETAIL key. Origin's response was below any criticism, as they wrote that "your game is availble for download there and there". So, using not so nice words, we replied to Origin that "omfg, I downloaded game, give me the key so I can play", also mentioning something about unprofessionality and ctrl+c, ctrl+v support. So, I think it's definetly not Funcom's fault, issue with Origin: - one person received retail key, the other didnt? - they don't seem to acknowledge any stuff about retail keys, which is sooo sad for such huge company as Origin We are still fighting with Origin. ;) |
