First off: People please for god sake! Having a negative og questionable opinion on something Does Not Mean your a hater or that you hate whatever is discussed. Now with that said, let me get back on topic:

I personally cant see the point in the article, it is rather pointless and to be honest not all that interessting. Sorry Pokket but i think stuff like this belongs in a Vlog or something.

Back to massively i guess...

I will not talk about her life, from the moment i read "this is part real and part fiction", it laks interest for me. If i want fiction, there is plenty of it in books, the net, TV, Games... so please if you talk about your life, do it really, and do not add any fiction.

About the quality of the blog, widely discussed here, i dont think it is bad or poor.  Of course can be better, and despite some of the comments made before me are crappy critzism, some are really great and aiming to help you improve.

Creative writing needs a point, excitement and something to grab reader's attention.

This has none of the above. It's an excrept from an imaginary, mediocre, cynical life of a somewhat annoying and self-righteous protagonist. This piece doesn't even classify as a rant, unfortunately.

Some people have a talent for original and interesting stories, some don't. But like Steve Jobs said before he died: "keep seeking, don't give up", i.e. keep looking for your other talents, because writing is clearly not one of them^^

I disagree. In this type of proffession you have to develop a thick skin, and, even though it sucks, taking the negative reviews with the positives is only going to make you a better writer.

I actually agree with this. However there is a difference between crtiticism and predudical abuse. It seems some "crtitics" here don't see a difference. And also seem to be judging her writing based on who is doing the writing and not its substance.

There was substance in this blog??  I guess I don't get it, that is the second time now. So much of it was just ramblings and lacked a clear direction of what Pokket was trying to get across. Just my two coppers worth.

i gotta call BS a bunch of guys that are writting negative stuff are doing so just because they are mad they can never get a date with her, you see the same nitpicky lemme search for criticism stuff on every hot female poster on youtube.

Don't know about the rest of the guys but that's a bunch of bs, I got a wife, and shes  a lot hotter than pockket can ever hope to be.  I call bs on her blog because it is just that and its bs.  Now I  have seen some losers post stuff like they want to date her and crazy stuff like that acting like they never seen a woman before, but I think a lot of folks complaining are doing so because the blog lacks coherent thoughts, and really makes no since.  

She should stick with making videos, and even then I get a kick out of those when she gets half way though and looses her train of thought.

Oh, I'm sure there are people who think she is "all that and a bag of chips" and maybe people who might just do what you are saying.

Having said that, It's not beyond the pale to realize that this stuff is lacking. I don't like her style, her writing or her reviews. She is not my cup of tea. This is the second of these columns that I've tried to make it through and they aren't interesting to me. On any level. I tried the brussel sprouts, twice, and don't like them.

They feel shallow and self indulgent.

However, I don't begrudge her the success she has created for herself and of course hope that she never has to work a day job (dont' wish that on anyone).

I should also add that I don't begrudge the people who like her stuff. Vive la différence. Well, in this case the difference in tastes. Maybe just that it takes all kinds. Or that there is a lid for every pot.

Isn't the simple answer to simply not read it, and not to watch her videos if you don't like either of them?

Why bitch about the fact that she has a column, blog or job posting videos with MMORPG, and that you or someone else could do it better.. Don't read it, don't watch it and don't bitch about the people that do.. Go do it better yourself. Nuff said.

 Same here.. I'm married too. My wife's better looking and graduated Valedictorian.

My whole "negative stuff" posts bring the point that Pokket is obviously skating by on her looks. It's a shame to see an established site such as this let her publish this crap. My point overall is that if Pokket were 300lbs with acne we wouldn't even be having this discussion. MMORPG.COM is obviously just trying to ride her popularity with guys that can't get women.

Now the more important question is .. why would my wife ever marry me? LOL

Why do people get so aggro on this site? MMORPG realizes they can attract more attention to the site by having Pokket post videos and the like. So what if her writing isn't the greatest? She's cute, writes decently and is a good addition to the website. Plenty of others I've seen condemn her and other writers have written absolute shit elsewhere.

I deal with dirt bags and the dregs of society on a daily basis in RL, yet I see far more disturbing attitudes and behaviour on this website than I do on the job. Pretty sadface :(.

Its not just Pokket. All the writers on this site are horrible. Either theyre praising bad games, or rambling about nonsensical crap like this article. MMORPG needs new staff
