pvp has a much much greater effect on replayability than random dungeons. i swear, so many people on here act like they never seen what closed bnet was like. after a certain point, especially when re-rolling the same class just to change your build or MF'ing, the random dungeons just became a nuisance. hence why so many people used map hack, it was more rare to find someone that didn't use map hack, it was a borderline necessity, especially if you were a pvp'er. random dungeons isn't what kept people playing, nor was re-rolling the same class over and over just to see what its like to kill monsters with a new build. people did that crap because of the pvp. people re-rolled the same class over and over to try different builds for pvp. pvp is what gave D2 so much replayability, its what D3 severely lacks. without pvp there is no point to leveling multiple characters up and gearing them because there is no pve endgame (unless you play hardcore but that usually drives people to quit eventually). inferno mode isn't endgame, pvp is the only endgame Diablo has ever had or ever will have. |

I have to agree with the OP to a certain extent. Bored of pve. Ready to kill some people. |
