BWE has been up for 2+ hours so far. How far did you get? I managed to select my server, create a character and got to see the character selection screen. Still no luck getting in. How about you?

I made a character. I am now staring at him at the selection screen. Not because I want to, but because I cant do anything but hard-exit :).

I wanted to type something really smart as a reply to this subject, but the Scarlet Blade ad got me distracted and I forgot what I wanted to type.

I have been kicked out 3 times now.

Been stuck in log in room with my 2 different chars for 2 different servers 6 times.

Been in stuck that black screen after my initial storyline finishes 3 times.

So I have been restarting my computer for GW2 jamming it during the first 2 hours for 9 times and I haven't even been maniacly putting pressure on getting in the game.

But, I was promised access in beta for prepurchase!

 

They should have sold out digital edition(access the beta) a lot earlier.

Sigh!

Played for 2 hours and spend time mostly exploring. Made charr guardian. Got him to lvl 5. Got 1 skill point and finished 3 heart quests in different starting areas. Checked Lion's Arch. I couldn't fight for very long b/c lag made the combat VERY unresponsive. To the point I was getting annoyed.

played for an hour on my human mesmer for to the point of the story where all the heart quests were available, which is fairly early in the game, i spent most of the time wandering around taking in the sites, even with the laggy fps problems, still was cool to explore.. logged off to create a human ele, been waiting ever since. I keep getting the operation error message thingy "unable to complete operation" been like that for an hour so far

Norn thief atm at lvl 6 almost 7 just finished exploring Hoelbrak and went on with my heart q's and got dc'd.

Charr engineer lvl 8. Tried to enter the mysts and can no longer log in =(. Probably for the best, I have some errands I need to run, lol.

I think they upped the difficulty on some of the mobs (either that, or most people are just really bad atm). There was quite a few events where we were getting facerolled by the elites, lol.

Tried to explore a bit, but there's a lot of outposts & such that are overrun by elite bosses. It's going to take a lot more than a few char to take those back, lol.
