It is still a crime to expose yourself in public. Just because you gotta go, doesn't mean you don't run the risk.

If only 'sex offenders' didn't include people that weren't even commiting some serious crime. Seriously... I love how you can touch a 17 year old girl who consented (who could of told you she was 18) and get the same exact mark as a guy that raped several women. Its just... stupid. Destroy someone's life that doesn't really deserve it. The law is so backwards sometimes... specially if your considering the fact a rapist could already be playing online games... and guess what? He hasn't even acted yet and isn't on the list. The thing is thats how are laws are being tailored since I think the 80s, maybe it was the 90s. It only cares about retribution, revenage. The more the law fully and destroys someones life, the better. Who cares if the law drives people to a feeling of helplessness and committing more crime, they are just filthy criminals! At least thats the impression I'm given, though thats covering more than just sex offeneses.

Agreed,  they obviously targetted those who were TOP tier sex offenders, more than likely those with a history of online preditor behavior or else it would have been almost 40,000 banned as opposed to 3,500.

8 pages and counting of people trying to defend sex offenders is a bit ridiculous, and makes you wonder, just how many sex offenders we have on MMORPG.com to try and justify the attempt to stop child/adult molestors and rapist.

Though I don't think they will accomplish anything with this because as stated it is easily bypassed, I will applaud them for the thought of trying to protect our kids and young people from sick pedobears.
