A honest review of this game is something that most people should hear. I have been playing SWOTR since 3 days prior to launch..Now I could start by saying my history of MMO'S. I have played a large group but Im not a jumper. I started back with DAOC. Had  a RR11L1 Wizard and a RR7L1 Inf along with a RR5Minst and RR6L1 Cleric. I use to dual box accounts in Emain for pvp. I played all the way to TOA and the Release to WoW. Where I have played since closed beta to 4.2. I have had every class from a Priest to a DK to a Rogue I have downed hardmodes been the top geared tank on my server and held a 2100 rated team for months. I have even tried rift to rank 50 till my account had gotten hacked and I lost everything. So as you can see I enjoy MMO'S. I decided to give SWOTR a shot my first class was a Jedi Consular. I then did advance training into Shadow to where I have reached rank 77 for pvp along with a Sith Juggi Rank 71. So that is my MMO Resume as you could say. Here are things anyone would want to know about SWOTR. 

I realized this 2 months ago and quited then. Just doing the same bg or raid agian and agian and agian just doen't cut it for me.

Just for correctness -- yes, you can take people onto your ship. It's an instance, so like all instance, you have to have people in your group to take them into your instance. They can't do anything during space missions, though.

UI will be fully(?) adjustable in 1.2. Should that have been in there on day (-3)? Sure.

The stun lock can be super annoying, no argument there. I also thought the resolve thing is broken, but after having it work for me a few times, I'm thinking the issue is more that some folks have worked out exactly how it works and thus know exactly in what order to apply their stuns to make them all work. I have been killed plenty of times by IA Ops who kept me stunned/on my back the whole time it seemed, and I have also waltzed into the Huttball endzone without anyone being able to stop me due to my full resolve bar.

Also - stun lock is out of control, but you can't kill a healer...?

Something that goes along with your complaint about useless gear rewards is that you can easily outlevel content, which makes most of it non-challenging and the rewards useless. That was actually a huge disappointment for me. On my second char, I skipped all PvP, all space combat, almost all FPs and all bonus missions, and I still ran a level or two ahead of content.

I'm still having fun, but then I didn't grind all the fun out of my bones by playing the WoW gear-treadmill for 8+ years. I should be ok until the summer and then I'll get to see how GW2 stacks up.

When I stated that the Stunlock is out of control you obviously don't know the classes. I.E Operative has the most stuns and shortest stuns in game. While other classes have only 1 viable and on  an avg timer of 1min+.Take the Shdow/Assan we get a 1min stun that goes to down to 45s if we spec it. As for your theory on people know when to hit it. I would debunk that with how is that when Force Resil is up they are still able to lock you down?

As far as 1.2 for the ui. It only allows moving and rescale. I have been on PTS and tested it. It's still crap but now I get to move that crap. No Macros/No key shortcuts lockable to gaming boards I.E Logitech G510. So it's not very viable at all. 

I will however be waiting for G2 to launch and hope that they give a better chance to the MMO community.
