Generally when they do closed beta's they invite wide varieties of systems so i doubt having maxed specs will increase your chance to be invited. probably only 10% of the players will have extremely high end pc so prioritising them is kind of counter productive when your trying to test an unstable product. |

@fang06 dunno if your responding to me or the OP but im happy for you regardless lol.
I imagine the conformation emails only being sent to certain people is because the system is processing an absolute metric ton of beta applications haha. its probably trying to shoot it self as we speak xD

Why are some getting so worked up over whether they get the confirmation e-mail or not? Big whoop. Doesn't mean you're going to be selected anyways. Probably just getting lost in the shuffle for the time being. Stop worrying so much. 1. For god's sake mmo gamers, enough with the analogies. They're unnecessary and your comparisons are terrible, dissimilar, and illogical. 2. To posters feeling the need to state how f2p really isn't f2p: Players understand the concept. You aren't privy to some secret the rest are missing. You're embarrassing yourself. 3. Yes, Cpt. Obvious, we're not industry experts. Now run along and let the big people use the forums for their purpose. |

Kind of hope they are looking for higher end PCs. The gf is dying to play guild wars 2. The gf and I signed up at the same time. We pretty much have the same build as well. 6 core cpu, 16 gigs of RAM, 560 ti sli with a slit screen set up. |

They already said they want old/new/high end/low end/win 7/win xp.. basically as many pc configurations as they can get. So having high end won;t give you more chances. Afterall they want to test the game on what kind of hardwere it can run without problems. |

If you have signed up for the beta and have not got your confirmation, try again with the same email address you tried. The second time will tell you if you have already registered that email. "This email has already been registered."
