I heard a rumor of a P2W item shop in Tera.

i've been following pretty close for about a month and have heard nothing about one. are you getting it confused with TSW's vanity items shop? |

None at all, it's been out in Korea for over a year with a standard P2P subscription and no plans of a cash shop have been displayed by the Devs.

Nope no item mall. The only thing they will charge you besides sub fee are. 1. Server transfers (free for the first three months). 2. Chronoscrolls = Plex. 3. Race change.
