Hello folks, Tried the game and logged a few hrs of game play, I can pretty much for sure to go sub. Really like the game. So the question is this, should an Oceanic player go EU or NA?? Since they are splitting the launch and basically turned the game into 2 big time / ping zones... I personally never played in an EU server before this game. Apart from the currency exchange rate points to a NA sub (AUD) $13.90 Vs EU sub $15.99.... my main concern is server performance and stability, I have tried the EU server for approx 5hrs and its quite laggy for me (Australian east coast off peak time) Anyone in Oceanic zone tried the NA servers?? Really like to know before CBT1 so I can hop onto it as soon as possible. Also do I need to download the NA client again? ....Is there any way I can hold onto some files to avoid the whole whopper 20+gig download?? Thanks in advance for the inputs!!

Do a ping test to texas and see your ping. Yes you have to download the client again unless you want to be the first person to find the config files and change the server IPs. From Oceana always go NA, EU pings will be silly for you. Always keep your words soft and sweet, just in case you have to eat them. |

Originally posted by PsychoPigeon Yeah, did that thanks for the tip. I usually get a >300ms ping from Germany/France/UK and <250ms for any states in the US... but the in-game ping varies dramatically for some of my other games.

Originally posted by Mannish En Masse are in Seattle but the servers have certainly been moved closer to the East Coast since the last test so my guess is Central somewhere "We are on the verge of a global transformation.
