The Spider Queen is one of the "boss" mobs in the game.  I use that term loosley, because with the crap AI you can solo it.  But a new player with some friends decided to go kill it, and this ensues.

Dreadix Newbie   Join Date: Jan 2012 Rep Power: 1	spider queen me and 2 friends go to spider queen to kill it and get carcass, yesterday we killed it and no loot appear, i opened a petition, of course, never been answered in 6 hours, i finaly end up going to bed, this morning me and my friends give it another shot, we go there and kill it, no lootbag still, i manage to talk to a councelor Herius who refuse giving me any kind of loot or re spawning the mob, on top of that same time hes talking to me, FEAR start shooting me with bows FROM OUTSIDE THE CAVE on me inthe spider queen room, the fucking councelor dont understand shit he think spiderlings hits me for 45 seriously can we have staff that use their brain pls refuse helping player then ignore exploit or dont understand it, what ever. dumb shit go go sv i cant get my ecu to 100 and no gm wanna help me, so i decide im gonna go do some roleplaying but obviously i get no lootbags and gm still wont help me wtf are gm doing in this game? i page 50x today i get 50x we cant help u we cant do this i dont have the right to,,

Dreadix Newbie   Join Date: Jan 2012 Rep Power: 1	no, if you go to the top and u look down, by the wall entrance, you can see thru walls everywhere in the cave, theres 2 ppl doing that and shooting at same time, and 2 people in queen room on bottom are geting dmg = exploit i dont give a shit your opinion ive seen it myself go spider queen in hole entrance put your head thru wall then look down u can see the queen u can even shoot it. not normal that when i do it legit and normaly as everyone should *using torches campfires packhorses and stuff* we get no help from the gms, who obviously know we just rly killed it and then close their eyes on people shooting us from the top,, thats very amazing i feel like i pay for such a good product.

Sorry for all the copy and paste but I am sure this thread will be lost real soon.

GMs in MO never cease to surprise me. Each time I think that's as unprofessional tehy can get, a new event unfolds changing my mind.

Of course there is a significant chance that the councellor involved was actually on voice coms with his other guildmates in FEAR...

That is what I was thinking when I read it. I have heard many stories of people being in the middle of nowhere (places people rarely ever go) in the game and they contact a GM to get unstuck or something and then shortly after getting unstucked they get ganked by a group. I have heard other stories of GMs favoring one group over another and things like that in the game.

In a game like MO where there is full loot pvp having player Councelers is a bad idea and is very easily abused but what else can SV do? They don't have the money to hire enough GMs so they need to get volenteers and the only people intested in volenteering are people who actually play the game.

What I've seen is an unsocial geek who has problems with English and likes to talk to people in insulting manner.

It's quite easy to immagine he didn't realy manage to talk properly after he got mad at no loot droping AND getting shot by players so a GM had trouble understanding what he means... That's what got through my mind at least when I was reading that story.

In fact the type of player he seems to be  I wouldn't be surprised if he killed spider, looted it and than called for GMs after. Which by the last post of him selling spider carcass is very likely.

Can't realy get lower than spending day by day on forums shit talking a game it's not by my taste.

Also I never claimed spider queen isn't bugged. I claimed he might have tried to get advantage through a known bug, thinking he would earn double the drops.

 

Ahh so you are grasping at straws with no proof.  How about you get some proof before you accuse.  And the first sentence I did not understand.  If you are trying to say I am low for criticizing a game.  Are you superior because you are here defending a broken game?

Spider queen is buggy, although out of the last 20 times i killed it i had no problems with it. The problem arises when you start trying to bug the spider out on something then where the spidrqueen model is and were it is on the server no longer matches and the lootbag appears were the spidr actually is on the server and not were you jsut killed it bugged out hence no loot bag.

Of course on rare occassions it can fall through the floor and a gm can recorver it for you but this  is an extremely rare occurance and has happened to me a total of once with the queen.

But hopefully all this is something awakening plans to fix.
