that's how my page looks too - after i've canceled. any chance you already did, too? When I want a single-player story, I'll play a single-player game. When I play an MMO, I want a massively multiplayer world. |

There is a cancel subscription there plain as day for me. I think Rift is the only one of the AAA games where its off the beaten path (Rift uses a link not a button) |

Cancell button was missing when i first tried tocancell.I was geting ready to contact the company and found a help button and how to cancel was detailed.It's not obvious.Yes..I surely did cancell with 11 days of my 30 unused.IMO..the company doesnt give a darn for what subscribers want or think.The will do what they want to do..period.And I have done what I always do to companys who dont respect my $15/month...take it away from them. |

I think the OP has the same problem I am having. When I click on subscription it says I don't have any gametime (even though the month isn't up) and I should set up a subscription. But when I click on the "subscribe" button it shows all my billing information and says I will be billed tomorrow. So since it says I have no playtime, there is nothing to cancel, but when I go to subscribe to set up a subscription everything is already there saying I will be billed tomorrow. Bug? most likely. I don't want to cancel so I'm not worried about it at the moment, and when I do want to cancel if it stays like this, I will simply remove my cc info. |

That isn't what mine says. Mine says "you have no playtime. Please sign up for a recurring subscription plan or redeem a Game Time Code. We will keep your account and character information in case you decide to return." Now when I click on subscribe (because I don't want to cancel, I want to keep playing) It tells me that I already have a recurring subscription that will be billed on Jan. 19th. So even though I have a recurring sub, the front page of the subscription section says I don't have a sub or playtime (even though the first 30 days isn't over) and I don't have a cancel button. This doesn't really bother me because I don't want to cancel, but there does appear to be a bug for some people not having the subscription section registering things properly. If I wanted to cancel, I'm sure I could just remove my cc info, and be done with it. But I do not have a cancel button. |
