I fall into the work 40+ hours a week category. Use to be a full time raider in WoW until real-life responsibilities took hold. Since I can no longer commit to hardcore PvE like I use to, Guild Wars 2 and its easily accessible gameplay is just what I have been looking for.

Any kind of teamspeak or vent server setup yet ?  =)

I don't believe there is one yet. Yay, first BWE this weekend! So excited!

Tag me 'interested'. I'll be on Friday after 5. I'm M-F 7-4 of so. Come on beta client. Is thers a planned meet-up area or are we just gonna explore and meet up with mates along the way? Sounds fun either way. Can't wait.

Hey im graduating HS in may and will be in college in august so this interests me! I would be interested to join. It depends on my friends' plans for guilds because we play with gaming community often. So it depends if they set a guild up or not. But I love "Shinigami" ! BLEACH FTW!! lol i am also gonna suggest "Grim Guard" [GG]!

O  and tag me "interested"! Ill be on beta friday hopefully about 7 MST if i have it downloaded in time, im out of country now and wont be back til friday so it depends if i can get my neighbor to download it for me lo! I  wont be active too much on this weekend unfortunately because i have prom! My IGN will probably be BloodyCrisis!

I am sure AhmedZakaria will post when he gets a chance.  I will say this now if he does not have a vent or Mumble that can support everyone for friday I will get one set up by Friday.

I do not know if there is a server list yet, but for beta it probably does not matter.

I will also see if we have a possible guild website that can be set up soon, but no rush just yet.   Best I can think of is that everyone should hold tight and check back by thursday night  or friday morning and if there is nothing set up yet I will do my best to set it up myself.

But I will have a voip ready by Friday, which will be either Ventrillo or Mumble.

We're about to set up a guild site, however Ahmed seems to be VERY (beyond) busy lately. Am never able to catch him or anything. I've already designed and entire site for the guild and am trying to code it right now etc. lol... see? I AM utterly diligent and impatient :P

PERSONALLY I prefer Teamspeak over any other voice programs except Skype, but that's just me. I'll probably be talking with my girlfriend anyway.. not sure. But I am looking forward to getting to know all of you and have a great time together..

I really hope Ahmed manages to toss us an update before the BWE, if not we're gonna handle things, right Evereghalo? 

Yes, I can.  It wont be anything formal because it does not have to be.

I am sure we can chill, socialize, and see what everyone is looking for.

My goal in part would be to also find a server with very serious WvW guilds because no matter what anyone can PvE and do premade structured pvp with anyone in game so WvW seems to be where it is at in terms of server importance.

XDrac - When you get that website up for fallen, then definently worth putting up a post as PvX on the GW2guru too.

If u do use the guild name Fallen,  u will "fall" susceptible to meme picture jokes etc.  I personally dont care what the guild  name is. but its just something to consider in hindsight what other ppl might do to us etc

Btw there is now an official mmorpg guild for gw2, so wouldnt that also cater to full-time students and workers ?  wouldnt most ppl just join the more established guild  since both cater to the same target demographic of ppl? 

Should we all just transfer over? but i personally need more info in how the official mmorpg guild works etc

hey so i was google searching for the guild website. because i didnt feel like browsing through 7 pages of forum lol. and i saw that there is another planned "Fallen" guild for GW2. so i think i might be wise to think of a backup guild name just incase we cant get the name "Fallen."

also i just looked again and there are several guild planning on the name "Fallen" for GW2, some even planning on the slogan "Fallen will rise." So i really think we should think of alternatives just in case. because we dont exactly know how the guild naming system is gonna work in GW2.

I will have a permanent ventrilo up pre-launch. For the weekends beta event purposes, I welcome the opportunity to let our guild mates use your voice chat Evereghalo. I think I can speak for all of us when I say it is greatly appreciated as well. I would also like to thank you for putting together that list. Looks like we got a solid 20+ with people who are in and people who are interested. This is a very good number of older and for the most part experienced MMO players.

I apologize if you guys don't see me posting, I am always checking back, however we are in the process of setting up a new accounting system at my work. If any of you have been there, you can sympathize. It is a long and tedious process. However I have taken off work friday and plan on playing beta all weekend long.

As far as grouping, I will just be looking to see who contacts me in game to start building a repor'. Getting on the voice chat is optional and always will be until we start getting into some events and/or fights where our success depends upon our communication in voice chat.

I have also noticed that people will be using the guild name fallen, so I have been holding off and buying a domain for the website. It would be quite silly to have a website "fallen.com" or something of the sort if that was not out name. As Xdrac sits patiently, I know it's killing him to have the site up and running. Just hang in there for us bud, the wait will be worth it once we settle on a name! 

And as far as the name goes, I think having a good acronym will be great for building recognition. I think as we play beta and interact, we will move closer to a name that will be good for everyone. However, I do not want everyone to dwell on the name too much. I am more focused on getting more like-minded and like-scheduled individuals in here.

For the idea to join the "MMORPG" guild....I have seen my fair share of trolls in here. I would rather go into a guild with people I have reached out to prior. But that's just me =)

Please keep throwing out name ideas im loving them! Here's my next idea:

I apologize if I confused, but to clarify, the guild ventrilo server will be up at some point prior to ACTUAL launch. For this weekend, if your voice chat is available, that would be the best way for people to get on.

I am in. I have a pretty wide social life, I work on my own commission terms so I am free most of the day. I have had periods of being a hardcore gamer in the past, Darkfall online was my real choice of game but i've dove into many MMO's. Guild wars was the original MMO that got me into gaming, and I am avidly looking forward to GW2. I haven't currently purchased GW2, but plan on getting it this friday on pay day. I'd like a chance to be apart of the guild, I do not check MMORPG that often but if you could please get back to me at Smokezz420@live.com I would appreciate it!

I object.

I am talking to some people in other guilds that I think would be great to buddy up with in game at launch and they have yet to figure out a server.  I should get the information back tommorow, so please just sit tight for a Day.

2cents can you edit your post please.  Plus I would like XDrac and AZ to chime in on this too.
