So there are no gm's in game to contact - so we are left to submit in game tickets. Do any of these get resolved??? I sent my 2nd ticket to address a problem I'm having with my character since the first ticket got closed with zero resolution and guess what I get after 4 days waiting: Another "This is protocol droid so and so thank you for the feedback we will send this along - closed ticket" HELLO!!!! My class quest bugged and I can't go forward in my class quest line!! I asked you to give me credit for the quest, I CAN'T DO IT AGAIN! This is AFTER submitting a ticket about the same stupid thing before! I've talked to quite a few people in game who have sent tickets about various things and all of them say they get their ticket closed with no resolution at all. Then I try to call customer service and I don't even get put on hold! They have a message about being busy and just hang up on you. This is seriously the worst CS I've seen in an mmo - and I thought SOE was pathetic. Did they just FORGET to hire reps or in game gm's? They knew they had a crap ton of pre-orders, it's not like it's a surprise!! |

I heard about a bug that did this. I forget was class it was for but apparently at this one story point if you chose the darkside choice then it would bug the quest out. |

And you can't go L, into the quest, and hit restart quest? I have no idea about the particulars but I'm just curious. I hope this has already been tried. |

send many tickets and not one time got a reply, they auto herp back in a few day's. got a ticket atm as my login at swotor site is locked due to miss typing the fucking security question lol, 3rd day now. |

Even email/website based support is non-existent at all. This is by far my worst customer support experience ever and i tried them all... Ncsoft, funcom, blizzard, turbine, even freaking SOE is way better than this... there is no comparison.

Iv been dealing with CS from EA over SWTOR for a few things. From my expierence if its anything that cant be resolved on there end(I couldnt post on the forums at there main SWTOR website for some reason, after a few days even though the emails they reply'd to me asking them if they could enable my forum posting, it was finally enabled but the emails they sent me had absolutly nothing to do with me being able to post or not, they were going all on about asking for pictures of this and names and addresses for that that didnt have anything to do with the forum posting) then you are SOL. My forum posting was enabled though without any acknowledgement on there part of having done anything, funny.

This reminds me totally of SWG and SOE's horrible customer service. They also used to close tickets.
Contrast this with Fallen Earth. They have GMs ingame and you can contact them. They were the absolute best GMs of any mmo I ever played. |

Within a minute the devs, not the gms, the devs were online and trying to sort things out. Well obviously they had to shut down the server for more then just a couple of time. But people just stayed calm, except offcourse a few thickhaeds. After a few days they had found the culprit and I think they are playing now a better game. But to have the developpers care so much for there own game, that they actualy where there and commenting in the chat ? Anyway, sorry for the sidetrip, but it was to good to not mention it.
