Myself and some of my guild mates have all tried sending in game tickets for different issues.  My guild leader can't get some guild functions to work, one of my class quests bugged and I can't complete it on one character, I was supposed to get a codex entry for completing a specific quest that I didn't get.  So in total we have sent 8 tickets over the last week regarding some of these things.  

Every single response:

"Thank you for your feedback, we have sent it on further for investigation!"

RESOLVED - TICKET CLOSED

Keep in mind this isn't just about reporting a bug - some of these issues require them to give our toons credit for completing things we didn't get credit for, and we can't do them again!

I didn't get a reply for 2 weeks in beta and tried to call but got put on the line for 30 mins without and answer and cost me like £3 lol. People say SOE customer service is bad but at least they fix the problem within the day :\

ya they got nothing better to do then just sit around opening day and do nothing, you pple must have been born yestreday or something, and have no clue how things work.....

Never had a problem with SOE customer service, I might have been just lucky. Then again, trying to decribe the problem in a polite manner and providing relevant information might have been a factor too.

I can't believe the games CS is such a joke! It just launched hours ago and have probably gotten a ton of CS compliants like "how do i open my inventory" to sift through and they blow yours off!! I'n never playing this game again. /end Sarcasm

If you don't have patience to wait for a proper response you could always call them. Seriously the game just launched, why would you expect that you're the only ticket they have to deal with?

I've never had a problem with SOEs Customer Service either, just saying people say that is bad but it is nothing compared to Biowares.

They're using EA and have you ever tried to get through to them? It's horrible and it will never change.

What customer service!?   I never could get through to them after 5hrs on hold, because apparently my security question answers were changed{which I've been reading happens to be an issue for many}, thus I couldn't log in.   A few hours later I attempted to log in again, seeing as the locked out status appeared to have cleared and hoping I'd get a different question, only this time my password didn't work anymore.  Apparently they went and changed that on me too...

So I did the password reset, and immediately after that, my account returned to its locked out status, and I can't do anything!

So fuck it, as I said earlier, apparently EA and Bioware just don't care about everyone...

And please stop with, "but it just launched yesterday BS.  Issues are bound to happen like this" ~ seriously, even the worst of MMO launches never had these horrible account problems!

i know! what a bunch of crazy people, expecting service. that's just silly. i mean, that's like going shopping at christmas and expecting stores to hire extra staff just for that period to handle the queues! i mean, what store's gonna do that, right? what for? it's only gonna be busy for a few weeks anyway. better to make everyone angry right off the bat and make 'em wait in long lines behind one till while the other two are empty because they're only staffed on friday nights and saturdays.

Minor problems? 

There's ton of poeple who can't even get their product code to work (including my self)... All we get is "Message not found" when activating and a little red X with it... After 1 day of forum discussion we've finally recieved an answer from someone employed that we should send a support ticket (no shit, like we didn't do it 100 times by then) and then nothing... I didn't get a single reply and it's way past 24 hours from my last ticket (and I'm not the only one, people didn't get any decent reply other than "contact origin")... Besides that, there's been a bug where you would be stuck on a planet and couldn't leave it for 3 days and no1 replied on that as well untill yesterday... Then there's the subscription issues where ppl complain - they can't seem to subscribe to the game with any method (CC, bank, paypal... you name it, they've tried it). Then again there's the quest pending thing which doesn't allow you to take more quests because it's busy and stuff like that... We could go on and on about the bugs and how they're not reacting to them... So acting a wise man here doesn't really show you know what's going on with this awful launch and it's pitiful CS. I've played almost every MMORPG worth playing and never seen such a bad launch, or it didn't affect me as much ? But it's awful, they can't even fix the product key issue, not to mention people got their CE boxes WITHOUT the product code from Origin and they are still waiting for new codes to be issued to them.

I thought it was common knowledge that EA customer service is one of worst in business. Most of their representatives can barely even speak english. They pick people off the street. You'll just have to deal with it.

It's pretty bad, they don't even have a hold option on the phone lines. I called them and an automated call just told me to call back later, it did that to me all day. Luckily Amazon was able to resolve my problem--they have great customer support. :D

Yeah. I think most have had problems with EA at some point but people chose to ignore that and blame customers.

Its bad ea support from what I understand is not done here in the u.s so that makes it even worse some people had problems with paypal payments to battilefield 3 and still til this day hasnt been solved you guys could try there twitter account https://twitter.com/swtor

Umm you have to think they are tryign to do 500 things at once... do not worry they will get around to it. Once things calm down customer Service will become better.
