I also noticed that the quests give a lot of the same answers, even with completely different responses, they are made vague, to cover a range of responses (from watching in 'spectator mode').
Its new though, but I would of thought they would of put more thought into the light and dark aspect....The quest thing...would of been nice too, but I am not too worried about it, just found it kind of funny/odd that I have seen some of the same responses to light and dark choices from quest npcs.
I know its supposed to be one of the big aspects of the game, but I could also of done without all of the choice/story stuff, it really is all screwy when you group...with the random rolls on whos response the story goes by...I mean I get dark side points for my answer, even though the group person picked the light response...which is good I guess....But when we get back to turn the quest in, I have to choose from light side choices to respond to the quest guy, even though I got dark points and would of chose differently....
The story and quest heavy stuff kind of makes it harder to group with people, it seems. I know newer gamers mostly hatre it, but I really do miss explore and grind as a main mechanisim sometimes....Atleast to where you don't feel you are screwing yourself, yeah you could do it, but they make it like accepting 2-3 quarters as change for your dollar usually.
