Talk to me when the game is more than grinding enemies for .001% exp per level, thnx. "Forums aren't for intelligent discussion; they're for blow-hards with unwavering opinions." |

Yeah this game was the worst grind I have experienced. You have to spend weeks in one area to just get your levels. |

Originally posted by Ozmodan I played this game long ago shortly after it came out. While that was true enough then, and actually up til epic 5 or 6, now it's very different. Assuming you have a decent pet(which, by the way is a lot easier to obtain than when i started), if you run th Vulcanus dungeon(a solo dungeon new to the game) 3-4 times, you can make 1 level in about an hour. it takes about 15 minutes to run it with buffs, a little longer without. i usually level up in 3 runs of it cus the mobs' levels are tied to yours. i was able to get from level 62 to 70 in about a week. i spent another couple days running to reach level 72 before starting the 1st part of the witch quest, which took me to level 92! if, when you hit around level 50( which is relatively fast if you do the storyline quests), you spend a little time farming pet cards, gear, and selling stuff in the auction house, you should be able to have a decent pet to run Vulcanus after you finish red farm. i'd say look into the game again. it's changed quite a bit than when i started. |
