How's the population in WAR these days? Im thinking of re-subbing G.E.Schaefer |

Fine during peak time in all tiers but only T4 is populated on both sides worth mentioning outside of those hours. Always keep your words soft and sweet, just in case you have to eat them. |

I started trial then subscribed. It looked awesome, a lot of fun. Always warbands in tier 1. Then at 16 i was forced to move at tier2 and there is when the fun was lost. No warbands, no people answering for advice. Only few high levels chasing and camping me in the keep. Good if you are at max level, probably. And good if you know what to do and where to go. Otherwise, just play the endless trial, it's a lot of fun and others will pay for your fun. Seeing how they enjoy making life impossible to new players, that was my answer. Left after just 10 days subscription and now starting again a new endless trial, until GW2 :p |

Resubbed a couple of weeks ago. Had a RR 53 Witch Hunter who had...fairly ok gear for his level at the time. However, that wes before the slew of massive changes. I believe they removed the limitation on how much RR you could gain relative to your Level. It used to be you could get 1 more RR than your current level. That restriction is now gone. This, in conjunction with lowering the bar for armor sets means everyone focuses on RR so when they hit T4 they can already get Worn Soveriegn armor (a full set of which requires RR 70). So I am a duck out of water, so to speak. My weapons and armor are very sub-par (though I have been making a lot of strides in modernizing my weapons). I am RR 56 right now (nearly 57), so that is 14 RR to go to be able to wear Worn Soveriegn. And even then, being melee dps, chances are I'll still get shredded, just not as quickly. Despite the monster gear hurdles, I am having fun. Given my weak gear, I tend to stay close to the healers and safer fringes of the battle. Destro still rolls double premades in scenarios, but when we find an equal destro pug I tend to do much better. In fact, I don't think I've lost to a destro pug yet, but good luck finding one. I have had some very minor success in 1v1 against destro wearing decent (but not great) gear. Disciples of Khaine are still op, in my opinion. Not sure they'll ever bring them back down to earth. T4 population is very good. T1 will always be fun and full of people. I can't say anything about T2 or T3, but lots of people in my alliance play those tiers frequently.

I left warhammer long ago. The game did get really boring at the end. Did have T4 chars on both O and D side. But i moved back to good old Lotro. (lifetimer xD) |

I take back my previous statement of t4 being populated at all hours. It's not anymore. Right now t4 is headed to t3 territory, populated in peak hours and flips the rest of the day. Sub is up on the 28th, it's not being renewed. Always keep your words soft and sweet, just in case you have to eat them. |

I am currently subbed to WAR at the moment. I have made my usual rounds over the past summer re-visiting different mmos. I am just killing time before SWTOR is released. WAR is now down to 2 North American Servers and 3 (I believe) European servers. There is still quite a bit of action going in WAR. I found T1 and T4 to be the busiest obviously because of the free trials and the end gamers. T2 and T3 exist but only in the form of Keep battles or PVE with a small group. The server mergers did help with population but there are times when no scenarios pop. There is still some life left. |

not to be a troll but i would not recommend re-subbing. bugs from day one are still there. the pop is always healthy in T1 but it's not like it was. The design team is now too busy speaking bad of their own game and moving on to "Wrath Of Heroes" it seems. you really would be better off going to another. hope this doesn't offend. Go to WoW, basically it's the same and you can PvP which is better since it is more stable and the population is healthier. |

The way things are going it's going to be dead before the year's over(freemium won't Save WAR-too many hurdles). Let's say they limit classes Like AoC does...which ones would they sell? Overpowered ones...pay to win, underpowered ones...nobody would buy them.
That's only the tip of the iceberg. World renowned marketing experts would be crushed by insane difficulty(because it's poorly made) of making WAR Free. Save your money. |

I would re-sub in a heart beat if they had an /xpoff or something. I really enjoy T1 and it really sux to automatically move into T2. |

they need to make it so that you have a go-straight-to t4 option after t1. the problem with this game has always been the population/not having enough ppl around. The classes and game play itself is very fun imo. |

Well, last free weekend they did the game even felt deserted during that. It feels like the developers have abandoned it. Appart from a couple of "new" classes (which were originaly removed during closed beta) nothing has been done to the game since release. Most people simply got bored and quit.
