Huttball is just a version of capture the flag, a PVP mode that is common is many MMO's and FPS' in todays gaming world. Bioware included it because its popular and people will be asking for it if they did not include it. No story here....just a gaming company providing modes of play that are common in today's gaming market.

MOST of your limited statements are incorrect, mistated, or personal opinion without fact. IE: Limited by Cash-Target Pre-Teen/Teen Audience- Total conjecture and to be honest way off. 

Huttball is an optional Warzone for PVP that you DO NOT have to play. Looks fun to me though. The Alderan Warzone looks fun too for a less "stupid" as you put it, PVP experience.

BTW- Looks like you are looking for SWG2 to me. You really should actually research TOR more before making such bold statements.

An hour or two a day and some more on weekends, i wouldn't say that is most of my time. My brother spends lot more watching tv and surfing for porn on daily basis.

Is my job affecting my life on daily basis ? yes. is hutball in star wars game having any impact on my life? nope.

Actually the whole idea of PVP is stupid if you get right down to it. Any type of PVP that is match play is stupid and pointless. I mean really, who would enter an arena and run a flag back and forth to get points, all the while killing each other. Or camp certain spots to get points and then you win.

Oh and wait, you respawn 10-20 times, every time you die. Well that's dumb. I mean you only live once right?

People have other interests like watching television, listening to music or reading to unwind after long day at work. You are telling me i can't even take out one hour for myself in night before i hit the bed? get real.
