I just got offered a Rug, by the SWG dev team.

For... doing nothing.

I haven't played the game in over a year and I get an e-mail telling me how valued I am as a customer, so here's a rug.

A rug....

How, the hell, do you get the Star Wars IP licensed to your company and you ruin it and (for lack of a less cliche word) fail.

How, the hell, do you do that.

Was it a welcome rug that said "Go Away"?

I heard they gave a statue to people who were affected by the Hack. A statue lol, well a rug seems far better I think cause you can at least wipe your dirty feet on it.

When I think of all the fun I had as a child watching star wars.

I think of all the rugs in the movie.

When I think of Star Wars, I think of sitting in a warm bathtub enjoying the warming warmth of some candle light and a nice CCR song in the background. Ahhhh how comfy.

When I think of SWG and their developers, I think of a group of German hipsters coming in my bathroom and dropping a Ferret in the bathtub water between my legs and then dropping a bowling ball on my floor smashing the tile.

Then they yell a bunch of german stuff at me and leave with their soaking wet Ferret while I frantically check to make sure my junk is still intact.

And...not to be a dick or anything...but it's a Hand-woven Huj Mat - not a rug.

It looks like a rug, lays like a rug, performs all rug'like functions, but it's clearly not a rug...it's a 'mat'. I'm sure Han had 'mats' like this strewn about the Falcon.
