Big Bang happened. And life happened. Then you trolls somehow got here? |
"Before there were humans or dwarves, before there were even worlds or the stars that light the night sky, there was but one thing in the universe—the Mists. The Mists touch all things. They are what binds the universe together, past, present, and future. They are the source of all good and evil, of all matter and knowledge. It is said that all forms of life, no matter how simple or complex, can trace their origins back to this one place."
Quote from the Manuscripts...also from the wiki
Think of the Mists as a metaphysical principal (such as the world of the forms from Plato)
some beings are created from the Mists themselves (such as the Hero Razah in GW1)
A manjority of the the PvP content has always been in part of the mists, IN GW1 you fought for the favor of the gods(some time ago) in the Hall of Heroes
also a lot of the High End PvE content also took place here such as the underworld, and the Realm of Torment.
From a Human perspective one could argue that" we fight here to be closer to the gods and how our worth"...however I understand why the is it a logical palce to have WvWvW here . Since you are fighting another world (or purhaps one could see this as a parrall Universe) It is how you are able to have these huge fights but yet have your world at peace.
I understand is this not perfect but I get it

no problem, after people kept asking i decided to try and find it...I hope Arena Net can give a better reason but a metaphysical "world" outside of the "reality" is atleast something |
