I just logged in this morning after my account has been re-activated for free to find all my plat has gone:( Im guessing someone has hacked my account and stole it. I have now changed all my passwords but how do I get my money back?. I know I had between 50 - 60 plat and now I have no idea what to do. Can someone advise me please? Call their customer service (if they have such a thing) and be prepared to have all of your information readily available. That is my best advice. ________________________________ Oh my got!!! |

Send a petition. You can get there by clicking the eq2 button then help. That will bring up an in game web brouser. Click the in game help. go from there. Tell them what you think happened, there should be a log. However it takes days to get your stuff back, as they have to reasearch it to make sure they get your stuff back. |

Friend of mine had a similar issue, all coin and gear gone after coming back to his account after a couple years. Petitioned and had a restore done with all stuff returned in under 2 days. Pretty good service IMO. He did have to supply them with quite a bit of info about the original account though, so hopefully you have all that. |
