Here is a great build creator for GW2 that was created by Folken22 from GW2guru. Here is the link to the original thread: http://www.guildwars2guru.com/forum/gw2-skills-tool-t14980.html?t=14980 With this tool you can create your own builds by selecting things such:
Profession mechanics are also shown.
This tool also has the ability to directly link and upload your build straight to your favorite forum.
There is a language selection of English or French.
With this tool you can create your own builds by selecting things such:

It includes a built in search system that allows you to browse among any builds that are saved.

Pretty cool build creator. The idea of a thief with Dual Pistols is rather appealing to me right now, but I'm hoping one of the other two classes announced will hit me the right way. A Charr thief with dual pistols.... hmm... I'm almost excited to test that one out. "Loan me a Dragon I wanna see space"

I already have tried everything it has to offer untill now, and I could finally see the potential of the Ranger, and I got a much better opinion about the Warrior too! |

Nice tool , it have been done before! But now with some of the latest updated info! I am not sure it needs a sticky yet, because it doesn't learn you that much so far. ( i miss traits!) But ad it to the top post of everything we know about GW2 read how to create a succesfull mmo before posting about GW2. And read tao of ArenaNet before talking about innovation in GW2 |

I really like this guardian. I like how signets work, and I think this will make for a very powerful character that can really help out allies with the way area effects work.
