In my 14 years of MMORPG playing I've pretty much seen it all.  I'm currently back in WoW, but only raiding 2 nights a week so I need a game to play on off-nights.  I really love Titan Quest, Diablo 2, and torchlight but I desire a more compelling community and that gratifying meaningful progression that MMORPG's offer.  

I've tried Some F2P games like Dragon Saga and Maple Story... yikes.

Am I missing anything?  I've tried LoTRO, Aion, AOC, WAR, Guild Wars....

DCUO, Rift, Tera, SWTOR, Guild Wars 2.

DC is the only one thats released!!  Hook a brother up with Rift/Tera beta access!

DDO is a very different experience if you havn't tried it, if you take the time to learn the d&d rules the game uses it can be very rewarding..and it helps that its free to play. It's got more action than you will find in most other MMOs.. and it seems you like action RPGs.

Mythos is a game to keep an eye on or try get into beta. Its like diablo.

Closest you're going to get to your previous games is Mythos but that's been teasing us with an open beta for months with practically zero info. D3 will be out this fall. In the meantime I suggest you preorder Rift!

No, never pre order a MMO... Wait until 3 days after release and then buy it instead.

Rift is pretty solid but pre ordering MMOs usually leads to long and trolling threads on this forum... Waiting 3 days after release would keep those threads down with 90% or so.

 Preordering rift gives you early access.. so its not all bad.

But if they are suffering MMO burnout Rift is not the game for the OP.
