Given that I was really only able to experience PvE parts of the game, I have to say it was a bit better than I thought it would be.   I enjoyed the way the Rift mechanic spiced up trudging around the areas doing the quests.   I think the system breaks up the monotony of leveling a bit.

Like I mentioned in the article though,  I do have some concerns about longevity.   I think that's where the PvP comes in.  Depending on how well the PvP systems are, it could make or break the game in this regard I think.  Too soon to tell right now.
