CME/CMG Shareholders say Fresh Start Studios aka Dark Comet Games took their toys and they want them back! Thank you Blues News http://www.bluesnews.com/s/113539/stargate-games-lawsuit for posting this interesting twist. It is like watching people fight over poop -- and it stinks!

Gary Whiting probably took several million of those development dollars and gave them to his seven "not-wives" under the guise of "consulting fees". Whiting is probably in Costa Rica by now, or Fiji, no extradition treaty. |

It's simple: DCG = CME renamed. Common tactic, sell the assets to a "new" company ( formed from members of the "old" company, most likely using friends/relatives on the "new" company's owner sheet to avoid anyone figuring it out quickly) to avoid losing them in the bankruptcy. -Letting Derek Smart work on your game is like letting Osama bin Laden work in the White House. Something will burn.- |
