whats the best way to make PvP as Balanced as possible, while still keeping classes unique, and pvE accessible?

It's easy. If the game is skill-based, it's a lot easier to balance PvP. Good exemple is Dungeon Fighter Online where even a level 10-15 can defeat a level 50 if he's good (There's a damage, stats and defense changes done though) ------ |
