IGN has just posted their "question of the week" for the Matrix Online. In Question of the Week #12, Toby Ragaini, Lead Designer for The Matrix Online, talks about the newly expanded beta testing window and what he knows about the likelihood of a European Preorder program.

Q: This past month, there have been many Europeans who subscribed to Fileplanet for The Matrix Online Fileplanet Subscriber Beta and then found out that participating in the beta required staying up to late hours or early in the morning due to the Pacific Standard Time based beta test evening schedule. Are there going to be UK/Europe based beta test servers or expanded beta testing windows? Also is there any word on when and if there will be a European Preorder program?
