Didn't realise I had another account that was attached to my main email made a year before WAR came out! I'm getting old. The problem is I must have used the trial activation already on the account with characters, even though I didn't play it. Hopefully there'll be a welcome back offer soon.

No I definitely reactivated my old account. Logged in with it. I'll try mailing them, thanks.

Log-in on you old server first, you should be able to find the server if you uncheck a box so you can see Archived servers. I think that will make your characters appear in the transfer-option in your accountpage.
