MMORPG.com's Bill Murphy returns again this week with his list, this time focusing in on the top ten things he wants to see at this year's upcoming E3.

We’re sending a host of people out to Los Angeles for E3 this year, and in doing so we’re most likely committing five poor nerds to awesome-overload. With the exception of one downer year, E3 is the Mecca of videogame hype. It’s a week-long party and celebration of gaming culture unlike anything else seen stateside. This year is already promising a lot of news and updates on our favorite and forthcoming games, but everyone has their own “burning desire” when it comes to what they want to see at the convention. With that in mind I’ve put together my own list of must-sees when I head out to California in June. Take a look, and feel free to offer up your own list in the comments below.

#8 All Points Bulletin Hands-On

I’m a huge fan of Crackdown. It was Realtime Worlds’ first title and by all means APB is seemingly light-years ahead of that first title in terms of scope and potential. I’m not expecting to be able to hoist cars above my head or pummel gangsters into oblivion like I did in their first release, but the notion of a living and breathing game of Cops and Robbers has my interest piqued… that, and I really just want to see if I can make a Paul Giamatti clone.

I want to see a Copernicus first look..Hehe

You know what I'd like to see? At least some freaking basic information on WoD MMO.

Um, like the two above me I want to see more Copernicus information and especially I want to see World of Darkness Online information more than any of that in the list. There Warhammer 40K info is slightly interesting only b/c I used to work for GW but I have little belief that the title will deviate from the current themepark norm so it's not as interesting as the above two.

Torchlight, IMO, was like Diablo without the adrenalin rush.  No thanks, not for me.

And no mention in the Top 10 of Copernicus or Everquest Next?

Torchlight and TERA definitely.  Both interest me a lot, for different reasons.

Oh, and for the love of all that is good and geeky, please NEVER use "SyFy" ever evar again.  It is just an idiotic marketing buzzword.  I could just picture the author in a black turtleneck sitting in Starbuck's on his iPad.... you get the idea.

A Guild Wars 2 hands-on demo would be nice.

I could care less about APB, now that I've seen it in action. Not impressed one iota. I could care less about Jumpgate as well, Black Prophecy looks like a better game than that one. After Warhammer Online, anything with Warhammer in the title tends to make me cringe, different developer or not.

Basically I want to see new/info on:

10. The Secret World
9. World of Darkness
8. Dust 514
7. Everquest Next/3
6. Anything Final Fantasy related
5. Anything that Turbine is cooking up
4. Anything that Blizzard is cooking up, like the next gen MMO they keep hinting at.
3. More on Heroes of Telara
2. Anything on the Wheel of Time MMO
1. Basically anything new that we haven't seen yet, like last years FFXIV announcement which just floored me. I want another moment like that.

XIV flying under the radar... =P Well, it's probably a good thing.

There's one thing hands down that I absolutely want to witness...

PSP2.

Then my life would be complete.

What happen to FXIV? SWTOR and FXIV are the only games I want to hear about right now.

I don't know about you guys but I'm going to have to side with Bill on this one about Warhammer 40k MMO first look being number one. Maybe its because I'm a big fan of Dawn of War 2 but its undeniable that THQ does a good job in capturing the Warhammer 40k feel in its RTS's, they support their games very well and I don't see a reason why that would change for an MMO. I expect similar quality put forth into anything else they support, especially an MMO.

I don't care that NBC rebranded the channel, I refuse to use the new name and still call it SciFi.  That said, the game looks intriguing, but I will wait for more information before I decide whether or not I'm actually interested. E3 might be a good time to give us more info on that one.

I have been watching APB and am very interested in that one.  Have a friend in the beta and from what she tells me, I'm jealous and can't wait for this one to release. :)  Would be very interested to see/hear more at E3.

I totally agree, I loved the Dawn of War games, and I can not wait to see what they do with the MMO. I am really hoping it is a great PVP game, like DAoC was in its time. More then 2 factions going at it, in true 40k style with guns a blazing.

PvP is important, but we all know that without PvE, an MMO can't truly succeed.

That's why I'm also looking forward to Tyranid-blasting. A Hierophant is actually a worthy "raid" boss.

they really should have putted Trion worlds as 1, instead of block a list like this with 3 titles

How about Project Hydra (Blizzard's new mmo), Diablo 3 release date and Bioware mmo ?

EDIT: Damn, Blizzard wont be attending at E3... So maybe only new Bioware mmo.
