i got this engaging in pvp(i use polearms) few times happen in situation like this
i go and hit a player from behind and he is next to a wall or another structure after i hit the player change the direction that he face/looks the character instant when ofc run jump and cast spells on me

is that because the polearm push the opponent a little each time i hit ?

Polearm has a little knockback. I don't understand what you said above the question though.

I think he's talking about jump casting.  If you upgrade a spell so that you can cast it while jumping, you can load the spell, jump, spin in mid air to face your opponent, release the spell, and then spin back to the direction you were heading originally (when you left the ground) and keep running without losing much speed.  It's a popular tactic.  If someone tries it against you, back up a bit and either put arrows in their back or some spells of your own.  Chasing them with a polearm isn't really going to get you anywhere.

its called jump casting or jump kiting and its where you jump and do a 180degree turn mid air to fire a spell/arrow and turn back to your original direction without losing speed/momentum. The knockback on polearms makes this 10x worse since they can "bunnyhop" off your knock back sending them further out of melee range...

ok he did what i said without jumping....

high mouse sensitivity ftw

EDIT or maybe its just because your grip on the english language is poor at best:

"i got this engaging in pvp(i use polearms) few times happen in situation like this

the lack of punctuation makes this almost illegible and the only bit i could really understand was "run jump and cast spells on me" = jump casting.

Sorry for trying to help
