Paypal will work with you.

Paypal will work if you used it I would probaly go with them first and if you do not like what the  out come is then you can do the charge back I do not know the diffrence in speed of handleing a charge back between the bank and a charge card but depending on the card and bank a charge back can take months to resolve payplay I think is withen 30 days or so I think.

If it had been made by none niche company, it would had been an other wow, but too bad for you, you should try to get your money back and if you still want to play DF so hard, try to spend the money you just got back again to play it.

Currently, you only got darkfall and next one is mortal online. Near those game is fallen earth, but an other game for carebears so its a no for me. That style of gameplay is not what rich companies do so dont diss those tragic bunch of people because game like those are really really rare and only the devs who want something different and want to take their chance do those kind of games.

Just a bump to note that everything has just been reset, my main unbanned and accounts reassociated with the correct emails. I am banned from the forums tho and cant work out why, the forums wont let me read my ban message because im banned (LOL)

My op has a few more details as to what went down. I'm torn between what to do! I'm going to let my 2nd acc sub run out for sure, but 6months is a big waste and while I do dislike AV, its a shame to let that get in the way of an essentialy great game.

They are actually keeping their word on the whole NA transfer not costing anything and allowing you to have 1 account for both servers. So you are wrong about that.

OP: Of course it got solved. It had nothing to do with that thread, but more to do with the fact that it takes time to do anything. What likely happened is when they changed their account managment system, a hole for hackers was opened up and your account got jacked that way.

TO be fair, as much as I would like to think it was them just taking time, a new ticket which clearly outlined the 4 accounts I have paid for, the details used to pay them, and a threat to chargeback every single euro, well, that ticket got responded to, instantly.

And if it was hacked, nothing was taken. Not even the 400 ore in the back pack, and it was in the same place. I dont really care, I'm still playing but it wouldnt be fair to paint them rosy in this situation.

However, I'm still not allowed on the forums, and cannot get a reason why because when banned you cant read the messages from admins. Stupid system!

I'm pretty sure it stems from me working at a school and everything being behind a proxy that serves well over 30k people. I think for some reason that triggers their alert system. (did anybody else get access to the gm sections on the forum change over?)
