Just stop making things up about the game and how ppl are going to abandon it, and how the servers are empty, there is just a lie. The first free month is over and fortunately for us who still play the servers are still full of ppl.
The curious is that all of this happened before already, in 2004, with another game, and we all know the results.

So stop the damn crap again, we've seen it already. Offcourse this is not an Aion will kill WoW thread, ofc it wont, but it isnt dieing eaither, and it wont for a long long time.
Those problems, (some grind, we had queues, there are bots and some gold sellers) all happened before, and thats the proof. The fact is that they solved it mostly, and so is NCSoft, like the last community adress shown, and thats whats important. Just spare us the same rehashed trash talk we had 4 years ago pls.

Stop the defensive posts. We've heard them all before.
"My game is awesome. You guys are all lying that you don't like the game. It will be supreme. I saw these same posts with WoW and look how it turned out."
If you really thought all of those things, you wouldn't be so defensive about it. |

So AION had the same problems as WoW had at launch. That is what this thread is telling me and the does not encourage me to even try the game, that after 5 years people still make the same errors! |

Im not asking people not to express their opinion. Everyone is entitled to it. What im asking is to stop making thins up, and telling LIES about server population issues that clearly, to those of us that play, ARE NOT TRUE. Its not a crime to ask people not to lie I hope.

You're playing directly into the hands of the haters, unless thats what you want. These forums could never be taken too seriously, but as the last few years have gone by, the community has really gone down the shitter IMO. (same could be said about Aionsource as well) Edit - uneccessary quoute. |

What if some people are at work or they are some were they can't play? They visit this site to pass time but there is always x number of ppl that try to bash the game with 50-100% (depends on person ofc) that say lies ,exaggerates or thinks their opinions are facts every single day starts to get tedious no? It's absolutely not a crime to ask people to stop lying. Sometimes it's assumed that people are deliberately lying but the reality is that someone may actually believe what they're posting. I find the fun part of forum (opinion) browsing is to weed through BS to get to the solid info. What you actually did was provide quick links to the opinions you don't like. You've actually promoted them by providing readers one stop shopping to information you don't believe is true. Nothing wrong with linking these opinions and stating your own opinion to refute them but you can't expect anyone to stop posting opinions (right or wrong) just because you said so. When I first read the post about the 50% server population drops I thought to myself, "holy cow, really?". It was quickly responded to by people posting facts, links to facts, print screens that sort of thing. I was then able to asess the original poster's opinion with a more enlightened perspective. No one will do something you want them to (stop posting lies) just because you said so. |

True, we saw this sort of lying and hating with both AoC and WAR, yet now they have almost as many subs as WoW. |

The difference is that both AoC and WAR fell greatly after the first month. Aion even after the first month has passed continues to have several servers full and maintain the 4th place in XFire. (not that XFire proves anything but just as a curiosity)
