is Aion more focused on pve or pvp gameplay? or is it balanced? 

As many others im just sick of WoW, the boredom and the ease they made it for the kiddies.

I enjoy PvE mostly so plz share. (i read alot of post here but its mostly pvpers come to mmorpg.com)

There does seem to be a bit of a balance but it does lean towards PvP moreso. You have to PvE to level so far and PvP in groups for the occassional raid or zerg fest for the fortress raids.

So far there is a lot of group PvP going on in the abyss and some doing the rifts. Some dependance on gear but PvP gear does not come untill level 30 at the cost of abyss points, it is possible to do quests only to level 50 as someone proved already.  The PvE side need some work but next patch should help some.

 Its balanced between both, you must pve to pvp and vice versa. The endgame has them both, dungeons, raid bosses and fortress sieges.

I'd say AION leans heavily towards PvP. Abyss is an Open pvp area and you don't usually grind mobs there (since you get elyos/asmo zerg every 5-10 mins in upper abyss), fortress sieges are PvP (balaurs will be gone anyway), Dredgion for PvPvE (elyos and asmo fighting over the raid boss), and not to mention the rift in morheim/beluslan where you'll always see a group or two farming botters.

I wont be playing this game. I enjoy pve/lore, thats just me.

have to agree with the pvpers that dont like grinding tho. if you going to make a game most focused on pvp then get rid of lvling or make it faster.

i don't think there will ever be a PvE server. Rift would be rendered unusable, and we will be grinding with side by side with other faction in abyss (which we were supposed to be hostile towards each other) and there will be no more bot farming :(

Aion does have the feeling of good solid RvR PvP. So far the pvp part of Aion has worked pretty well, on the other hand I am finding the PvE side fairly weak.

PVP focused.

PvP/Grind focused.

 Ppl says on pvp, but it's focused on pve since grind is more pve like isn't it ?

Very pvp focused, lol.

Eh only thing this game is focued on past 28 is GRINDING, with some pvp.
