hmmm, I think there is something wrong then. There are plenty of quests out there at level 14. Let me log in game and see where the hubs are. Ok, so Altgard is a pretty big map. Around level 20 or so you can move on to Brusthonin if you want but I don't see how you are running out of quests at all. East of Altgard Ice Lake you will find Mahindel Swamp. There are some quest givers there. Some of them will give you group quests that will lead you to Black Claw Outpost. There is also a Black Claw villlage but it looks like I only touched that place at the edge. Remember, these are group quest areas where you will be sent. As you level in that area you will also get quests for the Calderon Hill area. Remember, when you are ready for a quest line they will pop up in areas that you have already been to. So, let's say you get to lvl 15 or 16, suddenly there could be quests for you in the Fortress area that weren't there before. West of the Fortress you should have gone to that small area on the map that says moslan forest. There are several quests there including one that will send you to an area with Lepharists. Further in you get Basfelt Village which will give you quests for Mumu farmland and then mumu villag, Mosbear habittat and Idun Lake. If you keep going around to the west you will follow a paty that will lead you to Gribade Crater lake and ultimately to traders berth which has a few quests and will lead you to (and other quests will funnel you here as well) Impetusium.

Some times at the tail end of a level you have to grind a bit to get up to the next level. Better get used to it, becomes more and more necessary the higher you go. From what I understand, you won't get to level 50 and completely avoid doing some grinding.

Yeah you missed some areas with quests at that level, since i don't play Asmodian i couldn't tell you where they are at this time. Playing as Elyos i have had quests all the way up to 29 before hitting the group quests in Eltnan and still need to do quests in the abyss still. You could always go to http://www.aionarmory.com/ for most anything related to Aion |

From Atlgard Castle move to Moslan Forest where there is a small camp of quest givers. Once you're done there, move on to Basfelt Village where the quests should take you to about level 16-17. Please note that some of the quests become available after you reach a certain level or finish a certain quest. Those NPCs will have a very feint gray arrow instead of the usual blue for normal quest givers. Once you're done there, you have two choices, you can either run back to Altgard Castle and start on the Mahindel Swamp and the Black Claw Outpost or you can continue towards Trader's Berth and do some quests there. In my opinion, Trader's Berth is the easier route because at 14, you're a little too low for the Black Claw place. Also, there are some quests back in Pandamonium which become available around lvl 12-15. One is in the library building on the far left side of the map (sorry forgot the name) which gives you a nice green hat as a reward and the other is in the artisan's area with all the crafting places which gives earrings as a reward.
