Honestly, Portland that was just plain rude. For someone to take the dedication and strength to get that far, that is something. For you to sit here a post on a forum how they have no life.. that indicates all you do is sit around and read forums for endless hours while trying to think of what to do with your life. Accept the people who love to play games just as others accept you for.. well whatever you are. This is a MMORPG forum. Respect what people do and how much they achieve. In life or in a game, it's still something. |

Honestly, there only a few LEGIT people who are level 50 already. And my guess is that 90% of those would be rangers and sorcerors, who can solo elites and get 300k exp. Although, they do have to kite the elite mob for 5 minutes lol. Or, its 2 or 3 people taking turns playing on the same character, which I've heard a few people doing. Which is fine, I really dont see any problems with that. However, what I do have a problem with are the bots. Whoever said that they see just as many bots as they do in other games, I say BS to you! There are so many in Aion that it's ridiculous, to the point of being laughable. I've been in areas of the game with 10 people close to me, and i was the only one actually playing. That's how bad the bots are. For the last few days before I stopped playing, I just got the bots killed. Since most of them are gladiators I would just kite 2 mobs near them, wait for him to use an AoE, then mobs catch the aggro from them and get the bot get killed. And when that wasn't fun anymore, I quit. |

Sitting on your ass staring at the computer screen for 12 hours a day mashing buttons in a repetitive order for months on end is associated with manliness? Oh gods. |

I like MMOs alot, I just think 12 hour days are serious addiction. If you play *that* much and consider it normal...it's not. It's beyond unhealthy. |

You mean Easily Comparable. And yes, to other Korean MMOS, where its a major grindfest with barely any quests 40+ and you get EXP nerfed if someone is more then 2 levels above you 35+ and that you get EXP nerfed for grouping in general. Better to clarify yourself instead of being so generic. |

Yes im a little burned out Thiw week im off aion due to exams in the university. You think its easy to grind in aion???? Try getting to level 40 or better yet if you got enough patience like me you shoudl try getting to level 43. Easy grinding huh? I woudl like your view when you hit those levels around 40's. I have to grind 900,000 ab for the best abyss gears and some medals. But abyss is going to take awhile. If your not already level 40's now i suggest you prepare for a long ass grind of your life getting to level 45. Everything gives crap exp EVERYTHING. They purposely make your grinding life miserable by introducing the hell grind from 40 to 45. I think ncsoft made a cruel joke on the rest of aion players by installing the hell grind of level 40- level 45. Its like they purposely made it to piss off people.
I have close to 12 gallons of red bull altogether gridning almost nonstop from levle 40-45 then any other levels ive experienced. I dont plan on doing it again either. Yea i lost my social life to the grind and i dont plan on doing it again on a new alternate character, thats just not me and i realized it. |

Furor could you at least provide your character name? I won't even bother reading your comments anymore since from your last "review" you said aion is more grinder then lineage there is something wrong so till you give me/us your character name to see if you really got till that level I will consider it a troll attempt. |

Originally posted by EduardoASG Y same here.. after 35 was just a waste of time.. when after 3 days i could not find the will to even log in game i knew it was time to move to something else as i did. I do respect the tenacity and persistance of people who will grind their toons up to 50 tho.. its by all means a feat to recon of human resistance vs insanity and boredom. Just a lil thing some people should be aware off : If you die at theese levels.. you loose so much exp that it becomes stresseful. its a waste of time. This is even more insane if you are one of the unlucky who get dc'ed a lot.. not my case but i know some people who are hehe. Other factors contributed to my decision too ofc.. The economy is totally bot / farmers controlled. The killstealing is a common policy.. and the auction is full of overpriced items ment to force people to buy cash with real life cash.. The bot farming and gold spamming have got to an unthinkable level.. a level that i never met in any game i have played since 1989 or so.. i mean.. its just sick. They should do like SOE did in Eq2 and open real life cash transfers and sellings on some servers.. way better than this spamming fest in my humble opinion. About the men from boy separation.. id say men will stop playing this waste of time while boys will keep playing this closed inside their rooms cos really theres nto much else they can do :) So in a sense ya.. separates men from boys.. boys will keep grinding to 50. I am sorry but i have to laugh at that part about men and boys. I have met you in several MMOS and you keep making those L33t guilds that noone wants to join then you go back to the only EU DDO server left and your pathetic dragonslayers (yes with capital letters and exclamation marks) with tail between your legs while decrying your failure as the last games fault. Real men pay their money and move on they don't sit and cry on forums about how a mmo did not make your weener grow. Get over it you're 45 its time to leave the basement. (Liberace/bard) |

OP must do something wrong since the average level time till level 50 is 300 hours until now. I guess he gathered his way from 40-45 :P |
