Im looking for an fps mmorpg. The kind of game where there are tons of different types of shotguns/pistols/sniper rifles etc. Except i dont want to play a game like gunz, soldier front etc. where you create matches at certain maps.

I want a game non turn based where you walk around a world and do storyquests. Like a normal mmorpg but with guns.

Preferably f2p however if it is good enough p2p will be acceptable. So you walk around shooting monsters or maybe even players with guns.

Any suggestions?

Fallen earth or planetside

Fallen Earth is pretty cool.

Well, FE has tons and tons of guns. You can play it first person view or third person. I personally always play first person while using a ranged weapon while going third person when doing anything else.

You will have in matters of ranged weapons only some crappy zip guns or crossbows for the first view levels. You get the first rifles around lvl 7 to 10 I guess and the first scoped rifles for sniping or shotguns around 15 to 20 (of currently 45 levels).

FE is a bit special though. A lot of people love it, but also for a lot of people it would be the completly wrong game. Here are some links to videos.

I'd highly suggest you to take a look at the videos and stuff, since also many people complain about the graphics and whatnot, and not buying blindly. But yes, FE has tons and tons of guns and FPS including headshots.

And I myself love the shooting rifle part in that game. When my main char crafted his first scoped rifle, I also got some mission to assassinate some guy who was on the 2nd floor in some house. Luckily he stood near an open window, so I headshotted him with my scoped rifle from the other side of the street. That felt great. :D

I personally would like to see more people create "let's play" series for MMORPGs, where you just see the actual gameplay. You have tons of videos from all MMORPGs where people show a few seconds of gameplay but it doesn't tell you that much. So if someone would create a let's play series about Aion or CO I'd appreciate it. :)
