We sure all have classes we want in SWTOR, I sure have mine.

Republic Officer (something along the lines of strategist/general)

Imperial Spy

Entertainer (sorry, but I just loved that as alternative to fighting in SWG, not as main char but as alt)

So, what are your wishes? ^^

Is 32 professions and 250 skill points to much to ask?

Bounty Hunter is already in place, so I'm set.

If I could choose another, Mandalorian Warrior.

Suggest one of the 32 classes then, hell suggest a couple. I'm just saying, 32 classes and skill boxes, imo, is not the direction a game like this should take. I seriously dont feel like waiting 10 more years for 32 class story lines. Would be awesome, but the wait would suck.

How about a droid that could adapt in multiple situations. Ranged, melee, healing or something else? A kind of "jack of all trades, master of none"?

32 classes = unbalanced mess.

In a more "traditional" (the sandboxers can bite me) MMO the less classes you have generally the better. It took WoW almost 4 years to balance out it's 9.

I have to say I'm extremely happy with the 4 per side. Tank/Healer/DPS/Support. Ballance should be considerably easier. And I as a Guild-leader won't have to play "politically correct the game(TM)" and bring along garbage classes to raids. *cough* Hunters *cough*

The words with which I speak are my own.

Melee / Ranged Transforming Droid that acts somewhat like a Smuggler or somewhat like Jedi / Sith or a Bounty Hunter that actually acts more like a Bounty Hunter and hides his face, goes by a code name, takes up bounties and uses his jet pack for more than just clickable special attacks.  Doesn't look like the latter will be much more than a boring utilitarian change on the Smuggler class, though, which is a modified Ranger archetype who likes to hide behind cover.. gah, why can't I get through a serious attempted reply about SW:TOR without expressing how dull it looked to me in early videos.

I still hope it turns out to be a good game, of course, and it could.  Here's hoping.

Objectiveness is delivered with a lack of personality made for the mainstream but never used for the mainstream.

I wish for the Imperial spy that is not a carbon copy of the Rogue from WoW.

Fixed that for ya.  This is a SW:ToR forum after all.  ;)
