So i log off and leave my game sitting at the character selection screen and go out to dinner. I come back to find my Account Banned...

I've had my Block List full of spammers and was not a victim of the stupid "Prompted" Messages. I've never in my online experience had one of my accounts "hacked" and ive played since Everquest.

Has anyone else had their account randomly Banned?

Maybe people report you to GM.

Well I would be contacting NCsoft and not asking people here on MMORPG  for advice, no on here can do anything for ya.

Nope, But you are not going to get any help here...send a message to NCsoft.

If there is a number to call, I'd do that over an email.  Those tend to get ignored, but a voice gets attention.

yeah, i am definitely contacting NCSoft for sure. I am just looking to see if this had happened to other people.

 They are not stupid, if you were banned im sure they had some reason. And no, didnt happened to anyone i know and its not usual. Contant them, maybe some gold seller hacked your account and spammed from it

What others have said is true, you must talk to NCSOFT, as only they can remedy the situation. in the other cases the people said the only thing they could think of was that they responded to the gold spam in a 'fk-off' whisper, or something similar. If that is the case, then you are likely to get account back. If on the other hand, a 'friend' recently gave you a million Kinah, you are likely screwed. Finally, run virus checker on your pc. They may have something like Blizzards Warden app which scans your system and it saw something it did not like.

Oh ok there see, people have been banned. I just don't get why i didnt get an email or anything. You'd think they'd atleast tell you after you pay em $75 to play their game. yea nobody has given me any Kinah. I will run a virus scan, there's a first time for everything. never know. Only thing i've said to a gold spammer was "take me off your calling list" lol

true, but I'm not crazy.

They can't even f*cking ban the gold spammers but they ban me for selling gold what the f*ck Ncsoft!? seriously this is bullshit. I never once went to any site advertised in the game.

I advise people not to use Aionarmory.com because i did and that could possibly well be the reason. Ugh

if im correct, selling any in game items or currency for real money is illegal. you got what you deserved.

  Where do you people get off assuming EVERYBODY who gets banned was culpable? I doubt that a gold-seller would come on this site and ask for help; he'd just use another phished/cracked account to continue logging in.
