Nice little thread here about GM responses. Back during launch there was a lot of complaints about bad GM's and how they made bad decisions which drove customers away. However it seems like this, as so many other things, has been fixed by Craig Morrison and his crew!

I have not used CS in quite awhile but it is good to see them improving. |

Well sure it's improving. Its not hard when the population drops off the map.
If you are saying Craig is responsible for enough subscribers to abandon the game that the 25 people left playing AoC are receiving superb customer service...then yes. Its almost like everyone has their own personal CS agent. Well done Craig!

AoC has the best GM-support I've ever experienced. The support I have gotten in other mmo's have been the classic "Unfortunately this is something we can't help you resolve, but if you ever run into another problem don't hesitate to contact a GM" In AoC I've actually gotten my issues sorted with the help of GM's. |

I only needed to contact a GM once in AoC. The destiny quests were bugged and my level 50 quest just poofed. I put in a request and it was resolved within the hour. GM even waited while I ran back to Old T to see if the quest let me continue. No complaints with the service. Of course I think your attitude towards them is key. Be an ass expect it back. .. .... .- - . - .-. --- .-.. .-.. ... .-- .... --- .-. . .--. --- .-. - .-.-.- |

I had to contact CS by email one time and it was hassle free. No complaints here. That Guild Wars 2 login screen knocked up my wife. Must be the second coming! |

What about stuck? Is AOC GM help you out when you get stuck? Ot just type /stuck as ame as when your Windows run into unknown problem, the window asks you do you want to send this error message to Microsoft?

Yes! well, except for one episode I've been able to solve a situation of being stuck by crouching or using 'Path of Azhura'. The one time (back in the buggy days) I got help from a GM. |

I'll give you props to the crappy /stuck command. It never works for me, so I usually path out and say a few cusswords running back. .. .... .- - . - .-. --- .-.. .-.. ... .-- .... --- .-. . .--. --- .-. - .-.-.- |

Maybe a bunch of GMs hoocked up to post about how awesome they are. If i was a GM I would! With AoC's low population and recent layoffs, how many GMs are there left? 2? 3? and a few assistant GMs for usa and euro.
