Anyone else having problems just loging into the TOR site? I signed up for an account and tried to sign in using the form at the top of the page, but it just resets the page and says "Login failed". |

I creat an acount and everytime i try to continue with the part where i sign up for the beta i get kicked back to the form to create an acount again. It isn't saving my acount name or anything i do. Guess I will have to try tomorrow when i wake up. |

Ok, it seems to not want me to sign up... I check the agree box on first page.... fill out info on second page, and when I click submit it brings me back to the first page saying I must agree to the terms...wtf? |

Ok I finally figured it out. It seems the system scan will not work correctly if you are using Windows XP 64 bit edition. I restarted my computer and logged in with regular Windows XP and went through the installer and it worked instantly! I wasted my whole evening and night on this just to finally figure this out! |

Wow I finally got the site to accept my info. I had to go thru the process like 5 times before it finally accepted my info. I hope it was worth it. |

Bioware is not off to a good start with me! First the site was down just about all day on the first day of the announcement for tester sign-ups, which they should have been prepared for a large overwhelming response. Second, I finally get to the sign-up page and I'm getting the same problem some others are getting. I click "continue" after filling out all my info, and I get kicked back to the "terms and agreement" page...which I checked the box to agree with every time! If it's this hard to just sign-up for the possibility to test, how bad will it be when people get accepted and try to download the game? I don't think I should have to go through a system reconfiguring just to sign up...maybe for actual testing, but not signing up. So if that's what it takes, I guess I'll sit this one out. Good luck to all those who signed up successfully, I hope you get accepted! |

You guys act like this will be the only time you get to sign up, that sign up will probably be there for a few months. |

Just an FYI, I had the scan part that kept hanging up on me , no mateer what I did. I happened upon a post about internet explorer 8, which I have, I switched to compatability mode, restarted IE, and the scan worked fine and now it is successfully completed. Hope this helps someone |

I was finally able to sign up! I was having the same problems every one else was reporting. It seemed to me that, even though it says only certain fields are required, it let me proceed when I entered something in EVERY field. This includes Address 2 and additional phone. One note though, it did make me do the system scan twice for some reason. The second time it accepted it though. Anyway, this is how I got signed up. Good luck to everyone else! Marcus |
