Different people have different things they care about.

Personally do not care any about AION.

Aion is another game. when you only go for grind...only nice graphic and wings are new for this MMO, rest is the same, so why pay for game that dont give nothing new

Oh my god! I'm sick of this "aion vs WoW" crap that flys from one end of the site to the other. Look, I play both games (more so WoW than aion but I really don't want to fight over which is best) and I to have things I dislike about both games but please, for **** sake, stop this "<insert MMO here> vs WoW"  crap.

I got a lv 21 Templar myself and honestly I am finding the game to be so boring that I barely wanna login anymore. Defenatly a waste of money on Aion. I've played free to play mmorpgs that were more fun and engaging plus they are free. Graphics to me don't mean much. If anything Aion focuses to much on the graphics and gameplay got pushed aside because of it.

I think a lot of people care about Aion because it was another product of NCSoft.

The popularity and successfulness of Lineage and GW have given Aion a great start.

If the same Aion were developed by any one of those take-your-money-and-run cash shop game developers nobody would care.

 I was hoping Aion would be a lot like lineage 2 where the world is Massive and there are hundreds of zones. I stopped caring about aion when i found out the world is actually really small, in all honesty i don't understand how this is a p2p game.

L2 started off with a pretty small area in it's beginings, todays L2 is of years of patches and expansions added and i'm sure Aion will grow that way too.

Why do you listen to the music that you do? Can't you see that it's more of the same? Same key signatures, same dull 4/4 time (3/4 if they are ambitious) and most pop, rock, rap, folk /countryfall into about quarter equals 120 or so so same tempi, same modualtions if they even have a modulation, no real surprises at cadential points, etc.

You probably listen to it because the sum of the whole is better than its parts. Or "you just like it". It's based on taste.

Unless of course you are a huge free jazz person or the music of Edgar Varese,  Elliot Carter, George Crumb or even Iannis Xenakis floats your boat. In which case then that point is moot.

As far as Aion being the same, it's only the same if you have been playing the same. My first game was Lineage 2 and Aion is not the same. Oh, there are some simularities but it is different.

And I've tried most if not all the popular mmo's that are out today. If I wanted to play them I would. But with the exception of my Vanguard account, Aion is my mmo of choice.

When i first saw Aion my first thought was that most people won't like the graphics but I guess i was wrong.

lvl 30 templar here and i will say i must agree on this the templar is the slowest class in the game on not just movement but attack mobs same lvl as you can just as easily kill you then you can kill them also grouping penalizes you unless your all around the same lvl

 Why do I like Aion?

Because it is another mmo that is out there for any who like it will find a home to play in. I believe it can only benefit the players as developers will evolve and maybe change things for the better. Might not, but who's to say what the future holds.

If no advancement is made, good or bad, then no true evolution can happen.

Heres 1 simple reason why I like Aion..

First game I have played where the moment I started to move around and enter combat I didnt automaticaly feel the game wasnt as smooth as wow combat / movment wise.  Aion is one of the first games that plays as smoothly as WoW which is very nice I hate feeling like I am playin an inferrior game. 

Is it more of the same?  Course it is everything is but its new its smooth and it will do for now, Feb 2 Star Trek worth a look :P

 Unfortunately, not even the graphics are _that_ pretty. Personally I think Aion got left in the "mediocre" bunch and should have been revamped before release to US/EU

I care about Aion because I like to play the game. Simples...

i liked Aion aswell, until today, today my lvl40 Assassin got suspended by NCSoft, i know NCsoft has been pretty aggressive against the gold sellers and botters, which i totally understand, but suspending my account because i bought 2000 Orichalcum from some random guy from the broker is outrageous, i talked to NCSoft and yes they didnt suspend my account because i botted or because i could have bought gold from the gold seller, i didnt do any of that, no they specifically told me it was suspended because i bought 2000 Orichalcum from the Broker from someone who used 3 party program to collect it with, and that they thought that i was an accumplice, so fucking BS NCSoft, my complain has of course been escaladed to a higher tier GM, so im looking forward to see what he will say, if my account get banned then NCSoft are totally retard, and i will never touch Aion again.
