When you buy aion, you get a ''Game Activation Card''  Thats what it says.

Also it says: This card gives you 1 month of gameplay.

so,, Game Activation, and 1 month gameplay.

BUT NOW!:

Recent events has shown that you need to  pay for ANOTHER card, 1 month to play!

So we are DUBBEL PAYING becouse NCSOFT has made new rules!

This is a SCAM, we payed to get the game and activate it, and what do we get?

We get to buy ANOTHER CARD!

We got scammed.

Um? When you activate your account with your serial key as far as I know you will have the first month free so what's the deal? your getting your free month no?

You get 30days free, you are clairly mistaken.

No, you dont.

After entering your free card, you will be send to a payment page

We got:

Paypal

Creditcard

Paysafe

Gamecard < when you reenter the code you used in the game, you will get an error that its not correct.

In all P2P games you have to choose what payment you will use in the future lol....

First, welcome to P2P ( Paid to Play) mmorpg.

Second, all P2P mmo requires you to enter your CC info even though you have the first month for free. They wont charge you for the first month.

Hope this clears up the misunderstanding...

same as every other P2P mmorpg, they won't charge your card.

LOL, so you don't understand English now?

You have to pay monthly, to do that, you have to ACTIVATE it with a valid credit card or whatever. You still get that first month of gameplay free though. From all the information you've given so far, nowhere does it say that, that has been taken from you.

That's a pretty elementary interpretation mistake.

The problem is, It says 1 free month, i did the same with WoW, no problems there.

and now i get a free month they say.

and later they say i have to get ANOTHER one bevore i can use the real one.

Thats telling lies to make more sales...

The cheapest you can buy the game for is $50.00 US Dollars brah, which includes a month free. You're doing something dramatically wrong here.

It is a scam, but very typical for the industry.

You should not have to buy another month's (or two) time in order to play that 'free' month which comes with purchase. If you are using game cards, you do. No refund on your purchase that I know of, if you use a game card and quit within the first month.

This is a general observation. It's possible that Aion is different from other games, but it doesn't sound like it's any different.

This is how it works for every P2P MMO. I think you're bad because your mother won't let you use her credit card.

They won’t charge you for the month like I said, it's just to get you CC details for when the month is over...it is the same with every mmorpg.
Even WoW, I remember I had to enter my CC detail's...but that was back in 2005 so that may have changed

They won’t charge you for the month like I said, it's just to get you CC details for when the month is over...it is the same with every mmorpg.
Even WoW, I remember I had to enter my CC detail's...but that was back in 2005 so that may have changed
 

Nothing has changed. The P2P model is still the same and has remained untouched for the past few years.

As a Blizzard Dev would say: Everything is working as intended.

At day 29 Log in and Delete the Credit card info to avoid charge. asuming you didn't like the game and dont want to keep paying.

Only some free trials now days do not ask for payment info.  Ususally you are not charged for a monthly fee until the initial 30 days free is over.  If you are so worried put in the info get into the game and then cancel right away so it ends at the end of your free month.

If you decide you want to quit in that first month and you used a game card to activate, you are out the money you paid for that card.

So much for the 'free' month. False advertising.

you make the assumption that if you bought the game without the free month card it would be $15 cheaper.
