Who got it today??? I'm patching it atm, since apparently there is a patch for it already? Oh well, I'm very excited to play it. Currently restarting World of Warcraft :/ |

HOI 3? Amazon don't sell it until friday here in the UK, let us know what it's like and I still have my old medal somewhere from the anthology edition!

Well I pre-ordered HOI3 at Amazon and am awaiting delivery next week, because I'm a rabid HOI fanbois and Paradox are Swedish Gods!

Been playing the demo and should get the game next week. It seems the difference between HOI2 and HOI3 is that with HOI3 you're more of an armchair leader than and armchair general. The option to define a theatre and set up the forces and then delegate the micro managment to a field marshal is great.

The game's good, but some bugs just make it unbearable, such as after I quit a game, I get a BSOD and have to restart. Currently restarting World of Warcraft :/ |

Plenty buggy, like most Paradox releases, and I don't like the unit hierarchy system, but it has great potential. Most Pdox games need 2 patches to be good and a mod to be great. /sigh |
