I like that idea, but I would love there to be an option where you can choose either pay as you go or pay monthly. I'd most likely choose the pay monthly option

It'd bring in casuals by the truck load if they had an option to pay as you go and would sustain the hardcore community with the monthly charges, so I completely agree with your method of payment. I too would go for the monthly plan. :P

I hope that Square Enix has more updates at the upcoming gaming events, this year's gamecom was a thrill seeing all the FFXIV gameplay.

There wont be a lot of more news at the Tokyo show I've been told.
