Useful links for new players in DDO:Eberron Unlimited Since DDO can be pretty hard for new players I’ve made a list of links that can be usefull for people trying the game now when it’s going to be re-released. Feel free to post more links so I can add them to the list! Offical site DDO:Unlimited FAQ Download the DDO:Unlimited Client http://www.ddo.com/ddosupport/download-ddo The new DDO:Unlimited manual http://content.turbine.com/sites/www.ddo.com/media/manual/ddo_manual.pdf RoBi3.0's Free to Play Guide Massively Newbie FAQ http://www.massively.com/2009/09/14/common-questions-for-new-ddo-unlimited-players/ The DDO wiki Character planner "A New Players Guide to getting ahead in Stormreach" http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?p=2075707#post2075707 A weekly podcast about the world of Dungeons and Dragons Online! Thanks for doing this Papadam And here's site in-production for POLISH players of D&D Online: It's only forum to date, but there you can join my guild or various others, discuss many D&D Online aspects, builds, classess, ask for help in Polish. I've joined ddoworld team recently, and I'm going to help them. Zapraszam! ;)

Yeah, thanks for posting something so useful.
I will be joining the game with the new release. I've always wanted to try the game, but never had a good excuse to. This will be the perfect opportunity. And those sites all seem informative. Now if only they'd send me a beta key I can get underway!

Thanks for the info. One thing I've been unable to find, what about old players? I have characters, but haven't revisited DDO for a year or more. I'm hopeful that my account just rolls in to the free acount so I still have my chars. Any idea? I can't find any info on that in the FAQs. |
