Eh, that just lets us know you need a good computer to run it (or that the coding is inefficient) Maybe they used too many floats instead of integers in their code? Who knows. Letting us know this during Beta doesn't do much except let potential fans know that they need a good computer. What I'd be quoting and argueing "NDA" about would be all the people saying it's "buggy as hell" and such. I am playing EVE and it's alright... level V skills are a bit much. You all need to learn to spell. |

You are not allowed to disclose your participation in the beta. The fact that falc0n says, "tried the beta again" violates that NDA. I hope the game developer can find out who he is and ban his beta account. He deserves it. NDAs are in place for a reason. They are in place to protect competeing companies from expoure to unreleased software just as much as they protect the developer's IP. You can never anticipate the impact even the most insignificant piece of information can have. If you don't believe me, ask any lawyer who deals with corporate IP. |

The NDA is bullshit anyway, it declares you cannot get on VoIP while you're in beta. Anyway, love the game, cant afford it at release, wish FE the best of luck though. Currently restarting World of Warcraft :/ |

Corporate Espionage isn't FEs biggest concern at this moment but thanks for playing. |
