hmm lets see, the main characters cant be taken so mario luigi bowser princess toadstool are out of the question.

the only thing that is left that may be many players would be... toadstool's people? goombas. koopatroopers? and we all look alike and we walk until someone squishes us

i jsut dont see how we can put classes, abilities, or hell even customization.

I'd pick the Mario teaches typing class.

They'll probably go the Aion route with the wings. You'll have to wait until you reach level 10 to get limited flight. Probably just up and down for starters. Then as you progress through the levels, you can buy sexier wings and fly left and right.

Unless you chose the mushroom guys, then you're SOL.

Maybe not a Mario game then, but one inspired by it.  A 2D platformer with controls every bit as straightforward and tight as the classic Mario games, with numerous temperary powerups to grab and use until either they run out, or you bump into a baddie and lose them.

Sure bro, if you want to stay up to 3 AM yelling at your monitor because of a Mario game help your self lol.

Also, Mario online will fail. It all ready has.

I take it you're talking about the toadstool guys and not the goombas since there are flying goombas.

<Shrugs> If toad and his buddies can make a fucking space ship, like in SMG, then I'm sure they can make jetpacks or something that functions the same as wings...
