Okay i had this samwe account sinc 01 when i first played eq1 and i started eq2 in 06 i think and i been playing i hven't in a week and now my char went from 57-70 and my fucking account got banned for what? i don't know i do not talk to anyone in the game at all i barley curse i don't argue with people call them namees why would i get banned??? sorry so i can log into eq1 wirth same account and its updating what the hell???? please give me answers i am sio angrry i didn't do nohign wronge last time i played i was lvl 57 now i am 70 thats not right maybe SoE did it by mistake since i can log into eq1?

it may be worth asking the guys at Station.com - I'm anticipating the mmorpg.com readership has had little to do with your ban.

if you are saying your account went from 55-70 in a week you may have been banned for botting.

If you say that you had nothing to do with the leveling up, then perhaps your account was hacked, though hackers normally log in to steal your stuff, not to level your account for you.

Another possibility is you were banned for account sharing, if someome else you know has your account info and was playing on your account from a different area, they may have detected it and banned you.

Regardless, the people to report this to is SOE and not here on these forums.

Sounds like your account has been hacked and played by someone else.   If your account was hacked you should contact customer support before the hacker sells your toon on ebay. 

If you paid someone to level your toon, then that would be the reason for your ban.

I think I have deciphered your meaning here, is this correct?.......

You have had an EQ1 subscription since 2001

You have played EQ2 since 2006

You havn't logged in to EQ2 in a week.

At some time in that week your character jumped from level 57 to lvl 70.

You cannot now login to that account and believe you have been banned.

Firstly, if you are banned, how can you log in to see that you are level 70?

If its the case that you can get to character select, see your characters etc.. but then get no further, then you have not been banned, you have some other problem stopping you from logging in.

Also, if your account had been banned, you would have recieved an email from SOE explaining why, you would also not be able to access EQ1 from that account.

Have you given your account details to anyone else? I cannot think of any reason why you would be automatically levelled up 13 levels.

The very first thing I would do is change your password and then I suggest emailing SOE customer support (despite what others say, and despite their reputation, I have always found them efficient and helpful, more-so of late)

Well i went to eq2players to look on my myspace i have the cool litle title thign and it said 70 sop i was like huh then i loggged oonto eq2players and logged onto my account and it said last played 3 days ago and i use xfire i says i haven;'t played in over a week i changed my pw right away but why is my eq2 account suspended and not my eq1? and why would someone make 6 charon my account and lvbl my main to lvl 70 for me and got me good gear? and no one i know personally plays these games my litle brother plays and knew my pw but he made it to like lvl 10 and never played again it doesn't make any sense ata ll since i haven;t play eq2 in a week i been in ffxi i mean if i get my account back i will thank the asshole for lvling it for me but thats not right i didn't do anything.....sorry for typos i am mad with a crap keybaord

To the OP, when you check EQ2players, are you sure your looking at your on character? Its possible for someone to have the same character name but be on a different server.

Also, what subscription plan do you have (station access, seperate subs for eq1 and eq2 etc..) , just how far do you get when you try to log into EQ2 and what message do you get when you get blocked?

I don't get it how the hell did someone hacked into my damn account stole my lower lvl gear but kept my main gear and lvl'd it then i get suspended and is the support 24/7 because i am mad i made a mistake my account for station is from 02 but why would someone lvl my main to almost highest lvl?

the answer is, no-one would hack your account, steal low level rubbish and level your toon for you.

as i asked before, are you sure you are looking at the right character in EQ2players?? (whats your char name, i'll have a look myself)

and how far are you getting when you try to log in?

Do you get the message 'you do not have a valid account' or similar as soon as you enter your password and press enter?

can you get to the character select screen?

The simplest  answer is you were hacked. First, the reason you were banned in EQ2 and not EQ1 is that I dont think they ban the entire station account. Only the account for a particular game. That would be why you can get into eq1. As for why someone may level you to 70 is simple. They were probably using your account to gain in game money and items. They were probably botting and/or using hacks/cheats or possibly even scamming other people and got banned before they could get rid of everything. My friend got hacked in WoW and someone was using a speed hack on his character and got it banned. Its not uncommon for this happen. All I can say is when trying to get your account back, be nice, be firm and try and make them examine the ip logs to see that it was not you playing. My friend got his account back after 3 years. Granted he didnt try at all after he asked when it first happened. Then he tried again and they examined their logs from 3 years ago and gave his account back to him stating that it wasn't him. So these games do get logged very well, the question is if you can get them to actually take the time to look them up.

All I can see here... Is that he bought a levelling service, got banned for it, and now try to say "I am innocent, someone levelled my character to max and got him really good gear without me knowing and now I am banned"!!

Never heard anyone who bought levelling services or gold say "I did it" when they get banned. They are all innocent. This little guy too. Just let him be, he got what he deserved

I dont think this is the "Whine EQ2 Support page" Write a support case and ask them insted of posting on the forums. Soon we will have questions like "WTF why was I kicked from a raid in WoW?"

I am sorry for being an asshole but i last played on the 4th july and all this happen i don't get it because i had this same account with same password since 02 and no problem and i would never ever buy gold/powerlvling it just so weird how it happend or unless its all a big mistake and the websites are messed up and again ia m no flipping on you guys but its so weird why didn't they change my accoun pw or delete my chars? isnt that odd? and if i was hacking and got banned iw ouldn't even cared bcause hacking is illegal

I don't get it didn't even try to steal my account good thing i use a different password for my email LOL if i ge it back and what not i am ten lvls from max :D LOL! just so weird i neverhad a account hacked ever but why do more quest and lvl my main and kept my gear there its sooooooooooooo weird and funny thing is i know no one in real life who plays at all
