The current MMO paradigms only cater to hardcore over achievers, but the industry is slowly but surely moving away from this, so just give it a bit more time and you may find one that appeals to you or me and others that feel the same way. |

A couple of people have suggested City of heroes/villians to you. I have to agree, That is the best chance you have. Depending on your play style and how long you play, you can be 50 in a month. If you hook up with some power levelers, it could be reduced down to a few days. Heck, there are companies offering to power level people 1-50 in 24 hour period. So it can be done. The grind isnt bad though, pretty much enough missions to keep you going and at most you may have to grind out 1 level every now and then to get to your next story arc. Its easy to make money in the game to, just selling off your salvage to the auction house can net you millions in a very short amount of time.
If your only defense for trolling or hatred is a stupid tag line, Then you should quit life. |

Yup, as am I. Try Guild Wars bud, you'll be pleasantly suprised with how much fun it is. PvP is probly the best on the market and there is little to no grinding ingame....its also free so you can take your time at it and not feel rushed to get your moneys worth. If you really enjoy PvP you can make a high level character with the top gear right away. No need to play 17hours aday to simply be able to compete with the hardcore gamers. :-) Make sure to get all three games + the expansion and you'll be busy with content for months if not years. I played CoH and CoV for several years. I'm in need of a new MMO, especially one that doesn't treat soloers as second class gamers, something I still felt like in CoH with the hugely slow level rate as a soloer. I am currently playing Wizard 101, which is even more solo friendly than CoH, but it's too cutesy, childish for me to stick with it for long. I want an adult, gritty, AAA MMO which will treat all play styles equally, absolutely no preferential treatment to raiders or groupers. |
